Our team had a hands-on role in creating Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSAs) and adopting Groundwater Sustainability Plans (GSPs) in the nascent days of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA), and we have continued to stay involved in agencies throughout Central California to understand how new regulations will impact their stakeholders.
